心流的设计原则很简单：你的数据，默认只待在你的手机里。这份政策说明这具体意味着什么——以及在你主动开启某些功能时，会发生什么。FocusFlow's design principle is simple: your data stays on your phone by default. This policy explains exactly what that means — and what happens when you actively turn certain features on.
简短版The short version
- 你的任务、专注记录、能量打卡、连续天数等，默认只存在你的设备本地。Your tasks, focus records, energy check-ins, and day counts stay on your device by default.
- 心流不需要账号或登录，也没有存放你内容数据的服务器——唯一的服务端组件是匿名同在计数服务：随机编号只短暂留在内存，容量监测仅保留不含编号或内容的每小时聚合峰值。FocusFlow requires no account or login, and there are no servers storing your content data — the only server-side component is anonymous presence counting: random IDs stay briefly in memory, while capacity monitoring retains only hourly aggregate peaks with no IDs or content.
- 没有广告，没有第三方追踪或分析 SDK。No ads, no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
- 三个可选功能会触及设备之外：iCloud 同步（在你自己的 Apple 账户内）、AI 任务拆解（用你自己的 API Key）和匿名同在人数（只发一个随机编号）。下面会讲清楚。Three optional features reach beyond your device: iCloud sync (within your own Apple account), AI task breakdown (using your own API key), and anonymous presence count (sends only a random ID). Details below.
- 删除 app，即清除它在本机存的全部数据。Deleting the app erases all data it stored on your device.
心流在你设备上保存什么What FocusFlow stores on your device
为了让 app 正常工作，心流把你的使用数据存在 iPhone 本地（系统的 UserDefaults）：任务与微步骤、专注时长记录、能量曲线打卡、连续天数、花园进度、随手记，以及你的偏好（昵称、头像、专注时长、通知开关等）。这些默认不离开你的设备。To function, FocusFlow stores your usage data locally on your iPhone (in system UserDefaults): tasks and micro-steps, focus duration records, energy check-ins, day counts, garden progress, quick notes, and your preferences (nickname, avatar, focus duration, notification toggles, etc.). By default, this never leaves your device.
可选功能：iCloud 同步Optional: iCloud sync
如果你开启 iCloud 同步，心流会通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储（NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore），在你同一个 Apple 账户下的设备之间同步上述数据，让你换机或多设备时数据不丢。If you enable iCloud sync, FocusFlow uses Apple's iCloud key-value store (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) to sync the data above between devices signed into your own Apple account, so nothing is lost when you switch or use multiple devices.
同步全程在 Apple 的 iCloud 体系内完成，数据存放在你自己的 iCloud 账户里。同步内容我们看不到、也不保存。你可以随时在 iOS「设置 → 你的名字 → iCloud」里关闭它。Sync happens entirely within Apple's iCloud system; the data lives in your own iCloud account. We cannot see or store any of it. You can turn it off anytime in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
可选功能：AI 任务拆解Optional: AI task breakdown
心流可以帮你把一个「打不开」的大任务，自动拆成更小、更容易迈出的第一步。这一步需要 AI，而我们采用「用你自己的 Key」的方式：FocusFlow can break a task you "can't open" into smaller, easier first steps. This requires AI, and we use a "bring your own key" approach:
- 你在设置里选择一家 AI 平台（如 DeepSeek、通义、Kimi、智谱、OpenAI 等），并填入你自己的 API Key。You choose an AI platform in Settings (e.g. DeepSeek, Tongyi, Kimi, Zhipu, OpenAI) and enter your own API key.
- 这个 Key 只存在你的设备本地，心流不代收、不上传、不保存它。This key stays on your device only — FocusFlow never collects, uploads, or stores it.
- 仅当你点击「AI 拆解」时，被拆解的任务标题/描述会从你的设备直接发送给你选定的那家服务商，用来生成微步骤；返回的步骤显示在 app 里。Only when you tap "AI Breakdown" is the task title/description sent from your device directly to the provider you chose, to generate micro-steps; the returned steps are shown in the app.
- 这段数据如何被处理，受你选择的那家服务商的隐私政策约束。请参考它们的条款。不使用此功能，则不会发送任何任务内容。How that data is handled is governed by the privacy policy of the provider you chose — please review their terms. If you never use this feature, no task content is ever sent.
可选功能：匿名同在人数Optional: anonymous presence count
专注时，屏幕上会轻轻显示「此刻有 N 人与你一起专注」。为了数出这个数字：During a focus session, the screen gently shows "N people are focusing with you right now." To count that number:
- 专注进行中，你的设备每 30 秒向计数服务发送一个随机编号的心跳。这个编号每次专注重新生成，不含任何个人信息、设备信息或任务内容，也无法与你关联。While focusing, your device sends a heartbeat with a random ID to the counting service every 30 seconds. This ID is regenerated for each session, contains no personal, device, or task information, and cannot be linked back to you.
- 计数服务只在内存里维持一张 90 秒的「谁在场」名单——心跳停止 90 秒后，你的编号自动被遗忘。服务端不会保存编号、个人信息或内容；为监测容量，只会保留不含这些信息的每小时聚合峰值。The counting service keeps a 90-second "who's here" list in memory — 90 seconds after your heartbeat stops, your ID is automatically forgotten. It does not retain IDs, personal information, or content; for capacity monitoring, it keeps only hourly aggregate peaks without that information.
- 你可以随时在 app 的「隐私」设置里一键关闭此功能，关闭后不再发送任何心跳。You can turn this off with one tap in the app's Privacy settings; once off, no heartbeats are sent.
通知Notifications
如果你允许通知，心流会在你的设备上安排本地通知（例如专注结束提醒）。这些内容在设备上生成，不经过任何服务器。If you allow notifications, FocusFlow schedules local notifications on your device (e.g. focus-session end reminders). These are generated on-device and never pass through any server.
我们不做什么What we don't do
- 我们不上传你的任务、笔记或任何内容。唯一的例外见上文「匿名同在人数」——那也只是一个 90 秒即忘的随机编号，不含任何内容。We do not upload your tasks, notes, or any content. The only exception is the anonymous presence count above — and that is just a random ID, forgotten in 90 seconds, containing nothing.
- 我们不向任何人出售、出租或共享你的数据。We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
- 我们不把你的数据用于广告，也不展示广告。We do not use your data for advertising, and we show no ads.
- 我们不使用第三方分析、追踪 SDK 或指纹识别。We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or fingerprinting.
- 使用心流不需要账号、邮箱或登录。Using FocusFlow requires no account, email, or login.
你的掌控Your control
- 你可以随时在 iOS 设置里授予或撤销「通知」等权限。You can grant or revoke permissions like Notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
- 你可以随时关闭 iCloud 同步、匿名同在人数；可以随时清空你填入的 AI Key。You can turn off iCloud sync and anonymous presence anytime; you can clear your AI key anytime.
- 心流的数据只存在你设备本地（与你的 iCloud 账户内）。删除 app 即清除本机的全部数据。FocusFlow's data lives only on your device (and in your iCloud account). Deleting the app erases all on-device data.

心流不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会有意收集他们的数据。FocusFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
政策变更Changes to this policy
若本政策有变更，我们会更新本页与上方日期。由于心流在服务器上不保留任何东西，变更只会影响 app 今后在你设备上的行为。If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Since FocusFlow keeps nothing on servers, changes only affect the app's future behavior on your device.
