你的任务、微步骤、能量记录、花园和随手记默认留在设备上。若你选择 iCloud，同步发生在你自己的 Apple 账户内；若你使用 AI 拆解，内容会从你的设备直接发给你选择的服务商。Your tasks, micro-steps, energy check-ins, garden, and quick notes stay on your device by default. If you choose iCloud, sync stays within your own Apple account. If you use AI breakdown, your device connects directly to the provider you chose.
不把“同在”伪装成社交监控We won’t turn togetherness into surveillance
“匿名同在人数”是可选功能。它只发送一个随机编号，让计数器知道此刻有多少人正在专注；编号只在内存中短暂存在，不会保存编号、个人信息或内容。为监测容量，服务仅保留不含这些信息的每小时聚合峰值。这也是心流唯一的服务端组件。Anonymous presence count is optional. It sends only a random ID so a counter can tell how many people are focusing right now; the ID exists only briefly in memory and is never retained with personal information or content. For capacity monitoring, the service keeps only hourly aggregate peaks without that information. It is FocusFlow's only server-side component.
