它和其他待办 / 番茄钟有什么不同？How is it different from other to-do or Pomodoro apps?

心流专门帮你解决最难的「开始」。它按你现在的能量来安排，而不是优先级；卡住时给你「最小的下一步」；看重你的出现，而不是产出；哪天没做，也不会惩罚你。语气始终是温柔的教练。FocusFlow is built specifically for the hardest part: starting. It works with your energy right now, not priority; it hands you the "smallest next step" when you're stuck; it values your showing up, not your output; and it never punishes you for an off day. The tone is always a gentle coach.

我的数据安全吗？会被上传吗？Is my data safe? Does it get uploaded?

你的数据默认只存在你的手机里。心流没有账号、没有广告，也不用第三方追踪；唯一的服务端组件是匿名同在计数服务：随机编号只短暂留在内存，容量监测仅保留不含编号或内容的每小时聚合峰值。完整说明见 隐私政策。Your data stays on your phone by default. FocusFlow has no accounts, no ads, and no third-party tracking; the only server-side component is anonymous presence counting: random IDs stay briefly in memory, while capacity monitoring retains only hourly aggregate peaks with no IDs or content. 换手机数据会丢吗？Will I lose data when switching phones?

开启 iCloud 同步后，心流会通过你自己的 iCloud 账户在设备间同步，换机不丢。可在 iOS「设置 → 你的名字 → iCloud」里随时开关。With iCloud sync on, FocusFlow syncs between devices through your own iCloud account, so nothing is lost when you switch. Toggle it anytime in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.

怎么开启「AI 自动拆解」？How do I turn on AI breakdown?

在 app 里进入「我的 → AI 设定」，选择一家平台（DeepSeek、通义、Kimi、智谱、OpenAI 等），填入你自己的 API Key，再点「加载最新模型」选择模型即可。之后在任务详情里就能一键把大任务拆成小步骤。In the app, go to Profile → AI Settings, choose a platform (DeepSeek, Tongyi, Kimi, Zhipu, OpenAI, etc.), enter your own API key, then tap "Load latest models" to pick one. After that, you can break any big task into small steps with one tap from the task detail view.

你的 Key 只存在本机，我们不代收也不保存。只有你点击拆解时，任务文字才会发给你选定的服务商。Your key stays on your device — we never collect or store it. Task text is only sent to your chosen provider when you tap breakdown.

不想用 AI 可以吗？Can I skip AI entirely?

当然。AI 拆解是可选的。不填 Key、不点拆解，心流的其余功能照常使用，不会发送任何任务内容到外部。Absolutely. AI breakdown is optional. Without a key, and without tapping breakdown, everything else in FocusFlow works as usual and no task content ever leaves your device.
